Honestly, I'm not sure why this habit seems so much easier to stop than others. Oh yeah, I forgot, I've been thinking about it for years and not taking action or coming up with excuses as to why "it wasn't a good time."
There is no time like the present to make a positive change in your life! In recognizing this I realized I have fallen short on many of my goals for #healthiermein2017 . I may not be drinking, but I am also not going to the gym or working out regularly and I haven't changed my diet. As much as I had hoped removing alcohol from my life would help my weight struggles, it honestly hasn't made a difference in that department at all.
What has changed is significant; better hair and skin, healthier joints, more energy, less mood swings, but I'm not yet where I want to be for my health. So today starts the 100-day challenge group. Feel free to come along for the journey! It doesn't matter if your goal is for your health, to finish a project, or just have a community to share your wins with - we are here.
The first step in changing habits is to commit today. Do your best for today and recommit again tomorrow!
